Absolute Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center located in Glen Allen and Chesterfield, Virginia, provides comprehensive dermatology services to people living in and around the Richmond area.

Dr. Gillen and Dr. O'Connor served as co-residents for their three years of Dermatology training at Virginia Commonwealth University, both working as chief residents in their last year. While working closely together to develop treatment plans for their mutual patients, they perfected their team-based approach to practicing dermatology as well as leadership. After spending four years working and training in various environments, they look forward to taking the best of these experiences and strive to make Absolute Dermatology the absolute best team for every patient's comprehensive dermatologic care.

Our Mohs surgeons, Dr. William Gillen and Dr. Shields Callahan, have extensive training in tumor removal and reconstruction for skin cancer patients, including large and complex tumors requiring a multidisciplinary approach. Dr. O’Connor and her certified physician assistants, Elizabeth Hester, PA-C and Kristen Keller PA-C, offer general dermatology services that are both medical and aesthetic to manage skin issues such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, melasma, and much more.
